About me

I’m Nicole Tamburri, and my life has always revolved around one simple, powerful idea: movement can change everything. It can heal, strengthen, rebuild, and sometimes even save us. I’ve seen it in my patients, and I’ve lived it in my own body — as a physiotherapist, a personal trainer, and natural bodybuilder.

My journey began long before I had a qualification. It started with a deep curiosity about the human body and a desire to understand why we hurt, why we heal, and how we can learn to trust ourselves again. Over the years, that curiosity became a calling. Today, I work across orthopaedic, neurological, sports, and oncological rehabilitation, supporting people in some of the most delicate moments of their lives.

What matters most to me is not just the technique — though I study relentlessly, integrating scientific research into every decision I make. What matters is the person in front of me: their fears, their hopes, their story. I believe that healing is never just physical. It’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal. It requires patience, courage, and someone who walks beside you without judgment.

As an athlete, I know what discipline feels like. I know what it means to push, to fall, to rise, and to rebuild. That experience shapes the way I work. I don’t ask my patients to be perfect — I ask them to be present, to be honest, and to believe that change is possible, even when it feels far away.

I’m passionate about healthy living, psychophysical wellbeing, and the small daily choices that slowly transform a life. I try to embody what I teach: studying, training, learning, and growing so I can offer not just knowledge, but authenticity.

This space is my way of sharing that journey — the science, the stories, the reflections, and the moments that remind us that healing is not a destination, but a path. If you’re here, maybe you’re looking for guidance, inspiration, or simply a place where your experience is seen and understood.

You’re welcome. Truly.
